    Optimisation of production line parameters with VertexAI

    Scope: Data cleaning and analysis using VertexAI. We proved that VertexAI with the help of BigQuery is able to handle large sets of incrementing data in real time. Furthermore, with VertexAI we were able to automate the testing, training and optimisation of the proposed algorithms. We were also able to expose an algorithm that allows the prediction of settings for operators. Technologies: GCP, VertexAI, BigQuery, Python, Looker Results: Our work has demonstrated that VertexAI is an agile use of cloud tools for faster acquisition of optimal production line settings. In addition, our experiments have proven that VertexAI enables faster model training and optimisation than on an on-premise infrastructure. The rate of correct prediction of machine settings was 75%. Costs of future infrastructure maintenance have been reduced to the minimum.

    Geospatial Data analytics platform modernization

    Scope The solution was based on the fact that Stewpise wanted to build a solution that, with the help of Dataflow, would process data from different customer sources in parallel. The next step was to process this data. We used Big Query for this. Then, based on BigQuery, we created a geospatial data visualisation using BigQuery Geo Viz. Technologies: GCP, IoT Core, BigQuery, Dataflow, PubSub, Apache Spark, Kafka, Terraform, Apache Airflow Results (end customer) We have proven that by using BigQuery and Dataflow, it is possible to almost completely reduce the cost of maintaining the infrastructure and ensure that it scales with data growth. This allows the customer to focus on data analysis instead of data maintenance. Furthermore, with BigQuery and Geo Viz, we have proven that data analysis, report generation and visualisation is possible within >1 min.
